Starting a Mid-Summer Giveaway!
It is almost the middle of the summer. Somewhere it is really hot, somewhere it is as cold as ice. But on UnderMarket it will be indeed amazing and profitable, no matter what the weather is!
Make orders on UnderMarket from July 1 till July 28 and get a chance to win up to 3 BTC and a special Crown Buyer status. Giveaways are every week. The more orders you place during the week, the higher your chance to win! The rules are simple:
- In the drawing take part only orders made from July 1 00:00:00 UTC till July 28 23:59:59 UTC;
- Giveaways are as scheduled:
- On July 8, for orders made on July 1 – July 7;
- On July 15, for orders made on July 8 – July 14;
- On July 22, for orders made on July 15 – July 21;
- On July 29, for orders made on July 22 – July 28.
- The winning order numbers (3 in total) will be chosen randomly using a 3rd party Internet service. The winners will be announced on this page and on UnderTwitter;
- Each winning order number gives the right to receive 1 BTC and a Crown Buyer status;
- The Winner should provide his wallet address for the payout by PM Administrator putting “Wallet for payout” as a subject;
- Payouts are made within next 24 hours after the winners have been announced;
- Only orders with status “Confirmed” and “Completed” take part in drawing. The orders under a dispute process, canceled or unpaid are not taking into account;
- Each order made has a Multiplier X1 by default. The higher Multiplier is, the higher the chance of winning. The calculation of Multiplier is described below;
- A participant is allowed to place numerous orders to increase his chances of winning.
How do you choose the winners?
Winning orders will be chosen randomly by a 3rd party service. There will be formed a list of participating order numbers sort ascending with giving an index number. That index number will be chosen randomly. Each order number can be winning only once.
What is the Multiplier and how to increase it?
Multiplier is a number of how many times your order number will be represented in a rolling list. By default, each order has a Multiplier X1. For each $50 spent, the Multiplier increases by 1.
Example.
You place an order paying $45. Your Multiplier is X1.
You place an order paying $65. Your Multiplier will be X2.
If you place an order for $555. Your Multiplier will be X12.
Your order number will be represented in the rolling list 1 time, 2 times and 12 times respectively.
Results
Week 1
This giveaway indeed increased the interest to our marketplace. We didn’t expect such a big number of placed orders this week – nearly 11,000 orders! Total amount of Multipliers are over 30,000. In this matter it would be unfair to leave the prize fund for just 3 BTC. We decided to double it for this giveaway but decrease the amount of single payout – 0.5 BTC instead of 1 BTC. So, instead of just 3 winning order numbers there will be 12 winners this week.
